Thrills is a culture defining lifestyle brand. It all started back in the late noughties when three friends, Brooke McGregor, Tabitha Shafran (now McGregor) and Ryan Collins decide to leave their disillusioning professional lives in good old 'Merica and post up in the coastal paradise of Byron Bay.

Almost 10 years on, Thrills has evolved into a culture defining fashion label, fuelled by a passion for music, art and the way of life that encompasses the vintage Harley’s that are customised to this day.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITIES

• Drive awareness for Thrills Co brand in cooperation with marketing & digital teams across all marketing initiatives. Ensure Thrills Co is presented consistently in the market across campaigns, online marketing content and national & international websites.

• Drive digital sales and margin through merchandising and maintenance of company- wide websites

• Recognise opportunities in order to optimise website, increase brand awareness as well as traffic and conversion through digital and native marketing initiatives
• Assist marketing manager and digital team in development and execution of marketing campaigns, including content creation, new product launches, email and social media

• Assist in creating, maintaining, and distributing weekly and monthly marketing reports showing achievement of critical metrics regarding lead generation, content

• Keeping abreast of industry trends and compelling marketing campaigns to optimise (online) marketing output

• Take part in brainstorming sessions, offering analytical insights to develop and plan creative marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness



WHAT YOU NEED
• A relevant bachelor’s degree or higher qualification or at least five years of experience at the requisite skill level.

SKILLS
• Well organised, meticulous, able to work independently and manage tight deadlines
• Proficiency in compiling, analysing and reporting on sales data
• Strong knowledge of monitoring competitive activity, customer behaviour and market trends

Expected Salary: $70,000 - $80,000
Position: Full-time, Permanent
Work Authorisation: Australia (Required)
