What You'll Do
Plans, coordinates and performs the daily and project operations assigned by the superior or other relevant parties
Clearly present reported issues, analyze, categorize, and document the same.
Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via help desk, chat, email, or phone.
Attend in-person meetings with clients to analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose issues.
Document and follow reported issues and assure that they are resolved in timely manner.
Creating and keeping up to date internal documentation and Knowledge Base articles.
Ability to adapt in dynamic work environment.
Empowers team collaboration.
The work will be performed in 2nd shift (16:00-00:00); during the onboarding and training period the work
