Senior HR Business Partner key responsibilities include:
partnering with business areas to develop and implement workforce plans
leading or supporting project work to implement workforce strategies
engaging with business areas by providing expert advice and analysis of their workforce, including responding to and managing changes to work programs
providing business intelligence to confirm HR data and use HR data to inform and measure workforce actions
developing practical strategies to support business areas with staffing requirements
