We are currently seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join our vibrant and enthusiastic team based in Gawler . The Recruitment Resourcer will primarily be responsible for providing daily recruitment assistance and support to our Account Managers & Consultant.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
Answering phones and providing support to the team
Candidate screening
Conducting candidate interviews
Creating tailored candidate profiles based on suitability
Data base management, including rosters
Conducting reference checks
Driving pre-employment compliance
Advertising current jobs
Providing payroll support
Providing on call after hours support
To be successful, you will require the following skills and attributes:
Previous experience within a recruitment role is advantageous
Hold a valid drivers licence
Friendly and professional communication
Must possess the ability to communicate with people from different backgrounds
Strong administrative skills
