OzChild is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to fulfill the role of Program Manager Child Youth and Families. This critical role will lead and manage the operations of multiple programs that make a difference in the lives of children, young people, and their families in the ACT. This is a unique opportunity to drive the operational delivery of services, foster positive outcomes, and spearhead continuous improvement within our Strengthening and Prevention and Out of Home Care Services.

Operational Leadership: Oversee the day-to-day operations of OzChild?s Strengthening and Prevention and Out of Home Care Services, including Functional Family Therapy Child Welfare and Foster Care programs.
Service Delivery: Ensure high-quality delivery of services that achieve positive outcomes for children, young people, and families.
