Reporting to HR Business Partner, in the respective Directorate client group, the HR Advisor is responsible for providing a range of high quality, accurate and timely HR advice and HR operational support services to employees and managers to ensure the effective delivery of employee relations and processes, initiatives, projects, and reporting activities. The HR Adviser plays a crucial role in supporting the HR Business Partner in maintaining positive employee relations and ensuring compliance with organisational policies and procedures. This position serves as a point of contact for employees seeking guidance on HR-related matters and contributes to the overall success of the HR function for Centacare Services. Key Accountabilities
Provide advice and guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures
Assist in resolving employee relations issues and conflicts in a timely and effective manner
