About the role
Team Global Express (TGE) are seeking ambitious and driven Account Manager - Inside Sales to join our Sales Team on a permanent basis.
Located near Melbourne Airport, you will support all of our channels to provide an excellent customer experience whilst having a key focus on growing our business. These channels may include phone, email, LiveChat and online enquiries. A good mix of being a hunter and a farmer with a slant towards hunting will see you succeed in this role.
What you?ll do
Provide exceptional customer service through all inbound channels
Manage high volume inbound calls and LiveChat enquiries
Manage high volume email and online enquiries
All inbound duties are performed on a rotating roster
Identify new business opportunities from all inbound channels and refer to the appropriate team for follow up
