The Role
Honeywill Consulting is committed to sustainable growth. We currently have 30 staff in 5 teams, spread over three offices in South-East Queensland and seeking a Degree Qualified Project Manager to join our Brisbane team. The key responsibilities include:
Client Satisfaction, and Commitment – Maintaining client relationships. Play a key role in client presentations and deliverables. Effectively managing the delivery of projects within budget and timeframes
Client Communications - Maintain ongoing client communications and periodic issue resolution.
Client Communications - Maintain ongoing client communications and respond to questions in a timely and professional manner
Professional Development – undertake professional development and training to maintain industry knowledge and professional accreditations. Work with peers to gain experience and knowledge. Learn from mistakes to ensure they do not reoccur.
Ongoing Project Management duties - Undertake the role of the Project Manager on commissions with the assistance of other employees.
Maintaining Records - maintaining the integrity of the team records management system to ensure a timely record of accurate information, filing is up to date, accurate, databases are maintained for ease of access, retrieval and reporting
Team work - actively participate as a member of a team to move the team toward the completion of goals.
Customer service - ability to develop and maintain positive relationships and ensure the delivery of a consistent, correct and high-quality outputs.
Initiating Action - ability to be proactive and take prompt action to accomplish objectives and achieve goals
Caring - about what you are doing and why you are doing it so that you have fulfilment.
Time Management – work to the hours of the office and additional hours as required to fulfil the requirements of the work load. Manage time to ensure all deliverables are on time and the requirements of senior staff and / or our clients.
Selection Criteria:
Appropriate tertiary degree qualified (Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management) or demonstrated equivalent to industry standard.
Demonstrated career achievement.

Demonstrated ability to work in a functional team environment
Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement
Demonstrated ability to work independently whilst contributing as a key team member.
Proven organisational skills with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines whilst working in a high-volume project environment.

Willingness to learn new IT systems and processes.
Intermediate to advanced competencies with all Microsoft office suites - specifically Excel.
Extensive experience in developing and maintain technical documentation.
