Our client is an Australian University looking for a Portfolio Coordinator for an initial 6 month contract with potential extension.
Your new role
The Portfolio Coordinator will support the Digital Enabling Services (DES) and Education & Research (E&R) Portfolios with a wide range of administrative and operational activities to ensure the portfolio is supported across key areas, including:
Resourcing - resource onboarding, resource extensions and closing
Projects - project secretariat duties including minutes and board/steering artefacts
Contracts - contract management process support, maintenance, tracking and drafting
Financials - invoice administration, project actual allocations/tracking, finance workbook administration, and high-level financial reconciliation in line with QUT finance cycles.
What you'll need to succeed
Our client is looking for someone who is confident dealing with financials and has some experience in the contract space.
Higher education experience is not mandatory but would be highly regarded.
