About the Role
Based in Middle Swan, we are seeking an experienced Electrical Team Leader to join our team at Midland Brick. Reporting to the Electrical Supervisor, The Electrical Team Leader will assist in the electrical maintenance of the plant.
Your role will include:
Lead and supervise a team of electricians in daily maintenance and repair tasks.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for electrical systems and equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless production processes.
Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
