The Key Account Manager is responsible for the management of sales and relationships with allocated key accounts. To create long-term relationships with the portfolio of assigned clients and to grow the overall business. Responsibilities:
Attending to member, HR, Union, and other requests via telephone, email and on confirmed visits to clients i.e.:
Account/claim queries (rejections, short paid, unpaid etc.)
Specialist and hospital authorisations, disease management enquiries
Acute, OTC, TTO, and chronic medication
Adding of dependents, card requests, change of option, change of personal information, new applications, reinstatement of dependents etc.
Product and benefit confirmation
Continuous member, HR, Union, and other education
Other medical aid related
