Job description
As a Knowledge Management Officer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing knowledge management strategies, facilitating information sharing, and ensuring that critical knowledge is retained and accessible within the organization. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including educators, administrators, and IT professionals, to promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Key Competencies
Communication: Use interpersonal communication skills to develop and maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders, including highly technical ICT staff and business teams, to extract, analyse and create knowledge and communication artefacts using plain English and based on the audience's needs.
Technology: Working experience with information technology applications and systems such as Microsoft Office and other key platforms and applications used to capture, compile and publish knowledge and information in a variety of formats.
Information security: Understanding of Knowledge Management as a discipline and the role
