Key Daily Responsibilities:
Front Office Presence : Be the welcoming face and voice of Multicap during office hours. Respond to phone calls and emails with a commitment to high-end customer service for both internal and external customers.
Administrative Support : Assist the regional staff with general administrative and organizational tasks. Contribute to maintaining and updating processes and procedures, ensuring efficient information management. There will be some managing of travel requirements for the GM and RM.
Data Entry and Reporting: Undertake routine data entry and generate reports
