Working with a NFP organisation, we are looking for a Senior Payroll Officer to join on a permanent basis.
This organisation has a payrun of approx. people run fortnightly. We are ideally looking for someone who has previous SAP / SuccessFactors experience and/or NFP/Health/Aged care industry experience.
The role:
Supporting and mentoring a team of payroll officers alongside the Team Leader
Effectively coordinating end to end payroll operations.
Facilitating payroll adjustments for salary increments and contributing to month-end and year-end procedures
Reconciliations of employee pay and accrued leave entitlements
Use of SAP / SuccessFactors and UKG
Projects, including remediation and help with systems implementations/upgrades
The right candidate:
3-5 years experience
Must have SAP or SuccessFactors end to end payroll experience
Ideally have NFP / Health / Ages care experience
