Your new role We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Project Officer to join our team. This role involves providing project management assistance and coordination across various projects, including finance systems implementation, CRM systems implementation, HR systems implementation, contract management system, and migrating legacy systems to the cloud. The ideal candidate will have experience in project coordination in implementing software systems and a keen interest in process improvement.
Assist in project management activities using the Microsoft ecosystem, including MS Project, scheduling, charts, and other project management tools.
Coordinate and administer project tasks to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Support the implementation of finance, CRM, HR, and contract management systems.
Facilitate the migration of legacy systems to cloud-based solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
Maintain project documentation and track project progress.
Identify and address project risks and issues proactively.
What you'll need to succeed
2-3 years of experience in project coordination or project management assistance.
Hands-on experience with the Microsoft ecosystem, including MS Project.
Familiarity with finance, CRM, HR, and contract management systems.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive attitude with a keen interest in continuous improvement.
