About the role This is a permanent , full-time , Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm position working 35 hours per week. Located at the Nowra Administration Building .
Duties Reporting directly to the Team Leader Accounts Payable, the focus of this position is to:
Assist the AP Team Leader to manage the Accounts Payable function within Shoalhaven City Council, including System Administration functions of OneCouncil by:
ensuring processes and protocols are being followed by all Council staff
recommending and assisting with implementation of system changes and improvements
keeping up to date with current financial issues and technological developments
assisting to manage various reconciliation processes, and procedures, to ensure data
