Key Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet customer demands.
Oversee daily operations of food production to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Manage budgets and forecast production needs to align with business goals.
Supervise and lead a team, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring staff training and development.
Collaborate with suppliers and customers to maintain supply chain efficiency.
Monitor and maintain health and safety standards in the production facility.
Troubleshoot issues within the production line and implement timely solutions.
Prepare and present regular production reports to senior management.
Essential Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Team player with demonstrated ability to work in a multicultural workplace which requires a certain level of skills to manage cultural differences, language barriers where patience, understanding, diplomacy and a willingness to learn, and adapt are key to succeed in this role
Ability to multi-task and work autonomously
Self-motivated individual with a focus on efficiencies and attention to details.
