An exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Dispatch Supervisor to join Huon at our processing facility based in Ingleburn NSW.
The role
Reporting to the Factory Manager, the Dispatch Supervisor will be responsible for optimising dispatch operations to align with customer requirements and expectations. You will:
Oversee all dispatch activities to consistently meet targets and deadlines while upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, and hygiene.
Collaborate with the Factory Manager and Quality Assurance team to trial and refine new processes and equipment, reporting findings to drive continuous improvement.
Direct and motivate staff to ensure optimal performance and adherence to protocols, including strict product temperature controls.
Efficiently manage stock levels to prevent shortages
