The Role
You will be a key team member ensuring the timely delivery of cargo to customers for Air freight shipments with some ocean frieght. This role requires high level organisation and attention to detail as well as amazing customer service skills. You can take satisfaction in meeting and exceeding your customers expectations on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
Checking availability of cargo and pay charges through the ICS system
Arranging & monitoring AQIS/Customs inspections
Organising delivery of cargo and collecting payment prior to delivery
Liaising with internal department to expedite the pick up and delivery of documentation
