About The Role
The Estimator's role involves carrying out the estimation for buildings following small to large scale damage caused by insurable events.
The role entails working closely with our claims & repair team as well as customers, clients and partner trade network associated with Bay Building Services.
Tasks Include:
Conducting site assessments to determine cause of damage, scope of works and costings
Determining policy coverage in accordance with client agreements
Write scope of works and associated reports to KPI deadline
Liaising with client, customer and Claims
