Job description
This is an opportunity to join a tax team within one of Australia's largest energy infrastructure businesses.
Reporting to the Head of Group Tax, you will be part of a small team of senior tax professionals who will support this global business by -
Providing timely and accurate tax advice to key stakeholders
Undertaking research and preparing RAPs and other technical papers
Preparing & reviewing tax compliance / tax reporting (income tax returns, BAS, FBT returns, tax effect accounting)
Understanding the regulatory environment (domestic and international) and effect on business / investors.
Development and maintenance of controls and systems to support the tax reporting framework.
The ideal candidate will be inquisitve and have experience providing tax technical advice in a complex business setting.
