Job description
We are looking for an experienced Technical Customer Support to work with one of our State Government clients based in Jandakot. The role will be on a 6-month full-time assignment.
About the role:
In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that maintenance tasks are handled efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with our teams to validate, prioritise, and coordinate the dispatch of maintenance crews in response to fault reports received.
Your responsibilities will include updating and maintaining the Maintenance Management Information System, where you will allocate tasks, close out resolved defects, and link both existing and new defects to ensure comprehensive tracking and resolution.
You will also serve as the primary point of contact, providing detailed updates on the progress and completion of maintenance job requests to keep customers informed.
