Our Client who is a leading global supplier of technologically innovative utility, construction and mining equipment, with operations, including sales, service, support and manufacturing, throughout the world is looking for an Junior Office Administrator.
In a dynamic and growing department, the Junior Office Administrator will provide quality service to both internal and external customers for the Fabrications Team. They will act as a crucial liaison between key contacts within various departments and Workshop Management.
You will be front of office presence for the clients site in Bassendean.
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 07:00 to 15:30
Location: Bassendean
Pay rate: $32 an hour
Job Duties:
Quick and accurate processing.
Support the Fabrication Support Team.
Help with changes to improve efficiency and productivity.
Assist with record-keeping and legal requirements.
Help compile information for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
