About Our Role
As the OH&S Manager you will play a key role in driving our safety culture through Zero Harm, facilitating improvements and excellence in our safety processes and systems. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, you will take ownership and drive the Safety agenda within Australia. Your responsibilities will include:
Manage the development, implementation, and review of WHS management strategies in accordance with Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) legislative, ISO requirements to achieve the overall business goal in relation to safety and incidents in the workplace.
