This role works under the direction of the Chief Operations Officer on the Private Label team. This role provides advice and undertakes tasks and activities requiring the use of both specialised and acquired skills developed through experience in the field. This role will perform duties consistent with defined scope of work set by Adore Beauty & the Line Manager. This role has significant scope to work outside the parameters set by the line manager and can make some decisions without consultation with the direct manager. This role has 2 direct reports and is responsible to deliver revenue and EBITDA goals.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Qualifications
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing or similar disciple and;
5-10 years experience in a similar role in a retail and/or an e-commerce business
Knowledge and demonstrated experience in:
