As the HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing a range of generalist HR functions. You will work closely with leadership and management teams, as well as employees, to ensure the effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and practices. Your expertise will be instrumental in providing advice, coaching, and guidance on a wide range of employment-related matters, while also supporting the day-to-day operations of the team and engaging in project work. Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert advice to leadership and the wider firm on HR matters.
Support leadership with insights on team performance and development.
Coach junior HR team members and enhance leaders' performance through targeted coaching.
Ensure HR platforms and processes comply with legislation and maintain accurate records.
Coordinate performance programs and related processes.
Develop and maintain job descriptions and manage an online document system.
