SGS is seeking a Program Technical Reviewer to join our team in Notting Hill. In this role, you will be responsible for the thorough technical review of completed audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will collaborate closely with other team members to ensure reviews are successfully closed out, maintaining our high standards of quality and integrity.
Your key responsibilities in this role will include but are not limited to:
- Technical File Review & feedback on audit packages.
- Check corrective action submission in accordance with the scheme requirement to ensure full compliance to standard.
- Review documentary evidence.
- Ensure maintenance of all required audit review documentation.
- Assisting the Food Technical Manager and Certification Manager as directed.
- Improving and developing technical report standards programs.
- Liaise between program co-ordinators and auditors to ensure review timelines are met.
- Maintaining accurate electronic records including scheme standard Databases and reports.
- Achieve the highest levels of customer sales/service to maintain the growth of the customer base.
- Ensure maintenance of all required audit documentation.
- Complete any other tasks necessary to fulfill all of the role's responsibilities.
