Work alongside onsite nurses to help travel insurance customers in an emergency health situation
Liaise with all stakeholders where necessary
Read policy wordings to confirm policy coverage
Offer support and guidance to customers
Manage a portfolio of emergency queries

About You To be successful in the role, you will have:
At least 12 months experience working as an emergency case manager at an insurer is essential
Ability to manage emergency situations
