Role Overview:
Join the B2B Events team to plan, organise, and manage physical, digital, and hybrid trade events in the architecture and design sector! You'll network within the industry, oversee event execution, manage marketing and media partnerships, and handle stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
? Collaborate with commercial teams to enhance Indesign events’ market presence.
? Build client relationships and identify revenue opportunities.
? Manage sponsor/partner benefits and stakeholder communications.
? In collaboration with the Marketing team, coordinate marketing efforts with internal teams and media partners.
? Manage event schedule across logistics, content, marketing (in collaboration with the Marketing team), and all collateral.
? Source and manage vendors, venues, and logistics.
? Manage and execute on all event production
? Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams on post-event analysis and client reports.
Skills and Experience:
? 3-5 years in Event Management with marketing expertise.
? Experience with media plans, event schedules, and client management
? Budget management.
? Ability to multitask, solve problems, and work under pressure.
? Strong MS Office, WordPress and Adobe Creative Suite skills,
? Salesforce and/or Marketo (or similar) experience is advantageous.
? Results-driven and solution-oriented.
? Strong planning, organisational, and communication skills.
? Detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and enthusiastic.
Salary $70,000 - $75,000
