cafe manager needed

The purpose of this role is to ensure the smooth running of the diner/cafe on a day-to-day basis and to provide ongoing support to executive level management. This role also calls for superior communication skills in order to effectively maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders (customers).

Core objectives include:

• Management of all aspects of a Cafe/Diner including coffee
• Ability to oversee and prioritise the workload of all employees
• Ensure the projection of quality work, dishes and customer service to ensure achievement of business objectives
• customer engagement.
• Delegate tasks to employees.
• Ensure quality control, policies and procedures and WHS protocols are followed at all times.
