Position: Retail Manager

Position type: Full time, minimum 38 hours a week (full-time position)



Salary: $70,000 to $75,000 per annum plus superannuation



Location: Toowoomba, QLD 4350



Our client Smith & Singh Pty Ltd ATF Smith & Singh Unit Trust T/A Domino’s East Toowoomba, ABN: 70 467 755 494 is seeking a Retail Manager to manage their store. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily operations of the store, which includes meeting minimum operational standards, passing OER’s, FSH & Health Inspections, staff recruitment and training, rosters, building sales and controlling costs. ?

The retail manager will report to the franchise owners and all store team members will report directly to them. The successful applicant will be someone who can and will maintain key relationships with store team members, head office staff, customers, and suppliers. ?





The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks/responsibilities:

Be punctual and present in the correct Domino’s uniform.

Lead by example and uphold all domino’s policies and customer service standards.

Fully accountable for all store operations criteria including food, rosters, budgeting and cash handling.

Monitor stock levels and ensure ingredients and products are constantly replenished.

Monitor and record incoming and outgoing business expenses.

Ensure the store meets financial targets and stays within operational budgets.

Supervise and ensure that all team members comply with Domino’s policies and standards.?

Ensure store and staff compliance with company and legislative employment, hygiene, health and safety requirements.

Recruiting, training, and developing competent and exceptional team members, as required.

Implement seasonal marketing strategies to promote and boost sales of goods.

Maintain store cleanliness and organisation.?

Conduct staff meetings

Building sales through the sales of box topping, wobble boards and car tops.

Monitor the maintenance and cleanliness of company vehicles.

Foster a fun and can-do attitude.??





The successful candidate will have sufficient knowledge and understanding of:

Image standards

Cash handling principles

Basic safety (OH&S) and security polices and procedures.

Food Safety Standards of Australia and New Zealand.??





Requirements:

A relevant AQF associate degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in relevant field and

at least three (3) years of proven work experience in a Managerial role

Previous experience working for Dominos in a managerial role would be highly regarded.?
