Salary: $90,000 plus 11.5% superannuation
Our client, National Fruit and Vegetables (Labour Hire) Pty Ltd. is a labour hire, HR and Accounting Management company for leading businesses in Australia and also has clients of all types and sizes across an array of industry sectors.
The client is seeking an enthusiastic Systems Analyst with a strong technical background to strengthen its team. You will identify and investigate system issues and will work proactively with external IT vendors and internal IT team to resolve issues and minimise business impacts.
The System Analyst will be responsible for designing and optimising enterprise-wide deployment of ICT technology solutions. As an experienced System Analyst, you will be preparing and reviewing a range of written material including technical and corporate documentation, contributing to the development and implementation of business and technology solutions that enable the organisation to achieve the targeted business outcomes.
You must hold a relevant Bachelor’s degree. At least 3 years previous experience in relevant field is must.
In this role your main responsibilities include:
• Supporting the development and implementation of solutions to meet business requirements
• Working with relevant stakeholders to define roles, responsibilities, accountabilities and interactions
• Monitoring and managing work output and quality against established performance standards
• Evaluating processes and methods used in existing ICT systems, proposes modifications, additional system components
• Developing close relationships with business partners and maintaining a broad understanding of business process and information needs and how technologies meet these needs
• Documenting full requirements and manage changes to requirements
• Developing business requirement specifications which can be used to inform the solution design in the future
• Communicating business changes in appropriate terms to IT/business teams and gain their agreement on the process redesign
• Defining roles, responsibilities, service tiers, documenting process flows
• Managing productive stakeholder relationships and associated risks
• Developing an agreed work plan of key performance indicators and outcomes
• Acting as a central reference and information source, providing guidance and assistance in the system project decision making process
Candidate
The successful candidate will be a motivated System Analyst with minimum 3 years’ experience.
You will need to possess the following skills and personal attributes:
• Excellent understanding of business process
• Strong conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for finding meaningful solutions
• Strong documentation skills
• An aptitude for process analysis and functional capabilities across applications
• Advanced Excel and data analytical skills, coupled with strong problem-solving abilities
• Thorough understanding of the principles and practices of systems analysis & design
• Establishing good working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
• Practical knowledge of process analysis tools and techniques

Proven experience in
• achieving quality outcomes in the role identified
• analysing data and assessing requirements from a business perspective
• using systems analysis related models
• mapping current/future state business processes and conducting gap analysis
• defining operating procedures to enable business to use systems
• experience in data-driven analysis and development of reports and processes to support measurement and monitoring of performance KPIs
Remuneration
