In this position you will bring your expertise and leadership skills to all stakeholders you engage with at Warrigal Calwell, this includes our residents and families, employees, volunteers, internal and external business partners. With a customer service focus you will ensure that the onsite service delivery of wellness and lifestyle for our residents receives positive outcomes.
To be successful you will need :
Youll hold a tertiary qualification in Nursing, Health Social Science or equivalent
Youll have demonstrated success in managing business operations
Youll have exceptional leadership experience in a customer driven industry
