Your new company
Your new company specialises in construction and is located in the Northern suburbs. Due to a staff member taking extended leave, they are looking to get an Administrator on board, starting immediately, to assist for the next 5 weeks.
Your new role
Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

Answering phone calls
Managing an internal email inbox
Data entry of Invoices using MYOB / XERO
Reviewing work for the company


What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role, the following are required:

Immediate availability to start and commit for the next 5 weeks with no leave
Experience in Administration and high attention to detail with data entry
Strong systems skills; MS Office, MYOB and Xero
Strong communication skills, a professional presentation
