About the role
Reporting to the Centre Manager, in this role you will be responsible for providing property management and a high level of service to the landlord for 3 properties in your portfolio based in ? Manor Lakes, Mernda and Cranbourne.
This includes ensuring delivery of the Property's Business Plan objectives, minimising arrears, maximising property income and actively ensuring the delivery of the Operating Expenditure budgets.
Primarily based in Manor Lakes , the Retail Manager will also play a critical role in delivering client service, fostering and maintaining tenant relationships, managing lease expiries and tenant retention.
Property management and administration
Delivering targets for both current and aged arrears
Drive leasing strategy, and assisting with the timely delivery of tenancies and lease documentation
Budgeting, forecasting and reporting
Any other activity as directed
