Reporting through to the Shift Leader, the Operator role is responsible for delivery of WHSE, Quality, and Production on each shift.
Working in either Day, Afternoon or Night Shift, the Operator role will cover 24/5 operations at this Greenfields, state of the art recycling facility. The Operator will be trained efficiently in areas such as Quality and WHSE and will be accountable for following work instructions in each area. The Operator role will be required to escalate any issues on the line and engage the Shift Leader if input from the Maintenance team is required.
