As a Project Administrator with Hassell, you'll be working as part of a dynamic, fast-paced project team of Architects, Landscape Architects and Urban Designers who are working with the client team to deliver one of Sydney's most city-shaping infrastructure projects.
You'll be providing support and assistance to a number of principals, along with wider sector support. You'll be an active member of the project team making a valuable contribution to day to day running of the project by providing high-level administrative support, including;
- Assisting the project team with the preparation and ownership of sophisticated presentations and reports using InDesign, PowerPoint and Word.
- Liaising with clients and teams for project administration related activities
- Assist in project controls including reporting, document control and supporting project financial and performance management.
- Drive social initiatives for the team (committees, focus groups, panels)
- Assisting principals in a personal capacity including diary and travel management, database management and client/consultant correspondence
- Coordinating internal and external meetings including room bookings, catering arrangements, couriers
