Leveraging their research and insights expertise, the Brand Analyst supports the business in harmonising its tools and platforms to not only meet but exceed industry benchmarks.
Day to day:
- Conducting research on market trends, patient behaviours and industry landscape.
- Collaborating with other insights analysts to understand patient consumption behaviours and sentiment about Montu as both a pharmaceutical and technology company.
- Analysing and building brand performance tracking dashboards to understand brand health, awareness, loyalty and sentiment.
- Conducting competitor analysis to best understand how we benchmark against the market and identifying opportunities and threats in the market.
- Using qualitative and quantitative analytical techniques to interpret data and present findings to stakeholders.
- Provide decision support through data-driven insights, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
