- Coach and mentor your team on best practice and implement training strategies to drive best performance
- Guide and offer expert advice on home loan scenarios, ‘workshopping’ deals to deepen your team’s industry knowledge
- Play a key part in shaping the team planning and operational rhythms
- Drive the team's growth through direct involvement in recruitment activities
- Promote and monitor the use of the Aussie and Lendi Platforms to boost customer experience and results
- Partner with internal stakeholders, including Associate and Customer Solutions teams, Salesforce, and UX, to foster collaboration and efficiency
- Maintain and strengthen key relationships with external lender partners
