Key Responsibilities
Office Management : Oversee daily admin functions, including general reception duties.
Team Support : Assist with onboarding, communication, timesheet collection, and calendars.
Executive Support: Assist Directors and Project Managers with their roles, including diary and email management.
HR Experience preferred : assist Managers in organising employee reviews, manage Seek Ads and screen applications. Assist project manager as directed with various tasks.
Event Coordination : Assist and organise business and professional development events ie Fire Training, First Aid etc.
Travel Arrangements : Coordinate flights and accommodation if requested.
Documentation Support : Prepare correspondence and reports as required.
