About the role:
We currently have an exceptional opportunity for a Service Coordinator to join our team
In this role, your key responsibilities will include
Provide a high quality, cost effective service that exceeds customer expectations and returns nil customer complaints.
Ensures segments are closed with appropriate parts, labour and miscellaneous booked to the job to ensure accurate customer invoicing.
Monitor all jobs for quality and efficiency in conjunction with the Service Supervisor
Follows up on any rework, write-off or goodwill requests with the Service Supervisor.
