The Opportunity
As an experienced senior coach, you will support RBS management by training lenders to improve customer and sales outcomes, ensuring compliance, and high-quality lending. Collaborate with Home Buying Academy coaches to enhance CBA products, processes, and systems knowledge.
More specifically, you will be required to:
Facilitate coaching and training for lenders and managers, advise on methods, optimize resource use, enhance lending outcomes, and monitor online learning progress to ensure business success.
Embed and deliver training from new projects and business initiatives and oversee the ongoing accreditation of our Network Lending Staff
Improve lender capability, performance and the corresponding improvements to performance on deal structure, error rates and compliance.
