AAMG have been engaged by our client partner to find an experienced Quarry Manager for their operation located in Tenterfield, NSW. Our client owns and operates 10 quarries under various arrangements in northern New South Wales and southeast Queensland. Responsibilities
Oversee day to day quarry operations, ensuring safety and efficiency
Manage production schedules, resource allocation, and equipment maintenance
Implement and maintain environmental and safety standards
Foster a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement
Manage staff across the site
To be successful for the role
Previous experience working in a Quarry Manager capacity
NSW SSE Certificate
Proven experience in quarry management in NSW
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of safety regulations and environmental compliance including NVNL and Chain of Responsibility requirements
Technical proficiency in quarry equipment and processes
