Immediate AP opportunity, working for a leading organisation based in Brisbane's Southern Suburbs.
Invoice Processing: Review, verify, and process invoices from multiple group entities.
Payment Management: Prepare and execute payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts payable sub-ledger to the general ledger.
Supplier Relations: Manage relationships with suppliers and resolve queries or disputes.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and Australian financial regulations.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on payables status and trends for internal stakeholders.
System Management: Utilise accounting software to maintain records and generate reports.
Qualifications:
