As part of the Network, Revenue Management & Alliances unit, the RM Systems Specialist is responsible for ensuring the core Revenue Management Systems are being used to their best effect and for managing the support, maintenance, improvement, training and performance functions. The role will require a combination of solution expertise, problem analysis & resolution, project & vendor management and stakeholder management to ensure that the investment made in systems and processes is realised.
