About the role
We are looking for a Senior Advisor, Government Relations to provide support to our key business stakeholders on complex government matters to Rio Tinto businesses in Western Australia. This role will provide advice on government affairs, policy and regulatory issues within Western Australia.
Reporting to the Senior Manager Government Relations, you will:
Provide advice, guidance and support to Rio Tinto senior leaders on Government issues, policy and reputational risks, working across multiple functions.
Lead special projects and other initiatives.
Monitor the policy and regulatory environment in Western Australia to identify potential risks. likely to impact Rio Tinto's business interests
