Chapter Lead ? Quality
As ING embarks on the Leap Strategy, to build the bank of the future, we have opened a Chapter Lead ? Quality position to lead our engineering quality practice. This person will report directly to the IT Area Lead and is responsible for ensuring ING?s customer-facing channels meet both functional and non-functional requirements, while achieving our continuous delivery goals.
This person will set the quality standards and practices for the Digital Tribe, in partnership with the ING?s local and global Quality Practice. It is vital for his person to embed modern quality practices, enabling the organisation to continuously deliver value to customers, confidently.
What you?ll do
Lead a team of specialist test engineers and take responsibility for embedding a quality mindset across all engineering disciplines within the Tribe, both onshore and offshore
