The Role
The position of Quality & Compliance Coordinator is responsible for supporting the operation in the management of all safety and compliance requirements, risk-associated processes and procedures, and facilitating personnel training and skill development. This role also involves relieving operational areas during periods of leave, ensuring the review and audit of critical risk RA?s and SWI?s, and supporting management to perform all operational activities safely and efficiently in accordance with company and customer requirements.

Primary Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver and schedule compliance-related training programs, both internal and external.
Monitor training records/matrix and ensure records are accurately maintained.
Manage licensing renewals for the depot and update Trac licenses for drivers.
Perform risk assessments and develop/update SWI?s.
Maintain site DG register, HSE planner, and site risk register.
Support site self-audits and broader business compliance obligations.
Ensure compliance with mass management, including mass verification and responsibilities forms.
