We are seeking an on site motel manager for Motel in Philip Island/YarraValley.
Salary: 65K to 90K plus supperannuation depends on qualifications and experience.
Job Type:Full time
Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Reception Duties & Customer experience management.
• Housekeeping and Site Maintenance Management.
• Managing the staff and rosters
• Ensuring compliance with Work Health & Safety Regulations.
• Ordering amenities, linen and hotel stock.
• Staff recruitment ,management and training.
• Responding to online reviews
• Providing daily reports to Group Manager
• Monitoring budgets while maintaining cost controls
• Assist housekeepers when required
• Preparing for guest late arrivals
• Able to provide and prepare continental Breakfast
• Co-ordinate all conference and functions
Qualifications & Requirement's
• Experience in Managerial position in similar role/industry
• A background in renovation projects would be highly regarded
• Great with people and ability to build rapport easily
• Passionate and motivated to succeed
• Must be willing to relocate and live on site
