We are looking for an experienced Tiler to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a salary range of $73,000 to $75,000 per annum, plus 11.5% superannuation. This role involves working on a variety of projects, from residential properties to commercial spaces. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces by removing old tiles, cleaning and leveling areas to be tiled.
Lay tiles in intricate patterns and designs as per client specifications.
Apply grout and seal tiles to ensure a finished, durable surface.
Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver exceptional results.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Collaborate with other team members and contractors on larger projects.
Participate in ongoing training to maintain and enhance skill levels.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Tiler in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of various tiling techniques and materials.
Ability to work with a range of tiles, including ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone.
Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Willingness to travel for projects across Australia.
